  7. If you would like to request a temporary reduction of child support, please provide the Friend of the Court with the following information:
  8. Please provide the Friend of the Court with the reason you are requesting a temporary reduction of child support.
  9. In order for your request to be considered, you MUST provide the Friend of the Court with medical documentation from your physician stating your inability to work or documentation of unemployment benefits from the Unemployment Insurance Agency.
  10. Please provide the date your employment changed/was temporarily reduced.
  11. Request for Child Support Review
  12. Each party to a support order may submit a written request to have the Friend of the Court review the order. The Friend of the court is not required to act on more than one request received from a party each 36 months.
  13. Please provide the Friend of the Court with the reason you are requesting a child support review.
