What qualifies me to serve as a juror?
You must:
- Be a U.S. Citizen
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be able to communicate the English language
- Be a resident of Clinton County
- Be physically and mentally able to carry out the functions of a juror (Temporary inability is not considered a disqualification)
- Not have served on a Jury in the past 12 months
- Have never been convicted of a Felony

In the State of Michigan, everyone who meets the above qualifications is eligible for Jury Duty.
