The Clinton County Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on June 10, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will only be held electronically pursuant to the Open Meetings Act. The purpose of the meeting is to consider any business to come before the Planning Commission as permitted by law.
Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Act 267 of 1976, the Planning Commission also gives notice of the following –
1. Reason for Electronic Meeting.
The Planning Commission is holding the meeting by electronic means only (i) because the County is operating under a local state of emergency declared pursuant to law, and (ii) because of the gathering restrictions set forth in the MDHHS Epidemic Order and potential spread of COVID-19.
The public may participate in the meeting and may make public comment electronically by video or telephone conference using the following information:

Persons with disabilities may participate in the meeting through the methods set forth in paragraph 2.
