In order to complete the on-line application, you must pay the $5.00 convenience fee by clicking on "Pay Now" below. You may pay with a PayPal account or by Checking out as a Guest and pay with a credit card. 


**Once payment is complete, be sure to click on "Return to Clinton County" to complete the on-line application.**

Effective October 11, 2019, the PayPal service fee of $ .45 will not be refundable for any reason.
