Clean Community Events

Clean Community Events assist residents to recycle or properly dispose of just about any household generated waste item. Items accepted (PDF) include household hazardous waste, farm and landscaping chemicals, motor oil and antifreeze, electronic waste, bulky waste or junk items, scrap metal, appliances, tires, yard waste and clothing, textiles, books and reusable household items for donation.

Free for Fall

events focus on accepting household hazardous waste, farm and landscaping chemicals, motor oil and antifreeze, electronics, reusable items and books. No appointments will be required for the Free for Fall event and this event will be held on October 3rd, 2020 at the Granger Facility located on Wood Road.

There are fees for some items which are listed on our Fee Schedule (PDF), but most materials are collected for free. The events are also open to small businesses, however additional fees do apply for hazardous and electronic waste items. Disposal fees are waived for volunteers!
