*Only voters in Essex, Lebanon and DeWitt Twp Precincts 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 and the City of East Lansing, Precinct 17, Clinton County (Lansing Public Schools) will have a ballot question to vote on. Please contact your local township clerk if you would like an absentee ballot. In addition, local clerks in these jurisdictions will mail notices to affected voters with changes in voting locations for this election only.*

Absent Voter Information
Applications for an Absent Voter Ballots may be obtained by contacting your county, city or township clerk or by downloading the Application for Absent Voter Ballot (PDF). Please return the completed application to your Local Clerk for issuance of the ballot.
Permanent Absent Voter List Registration
Sign up for your City or Township's Permanent Absent Voter List- Voters on this list are sent an Absent Voter Ballot Application by mail prior to every election. The voter can choose whether or not they would like to submit the Application to receive a ballot.
